Magma Leathers 2" Soft-hand Polypropylene Guitar Strap with Leather Ends Bright Blue (07MP07.)

This better be the last time I hear from these people. I bought a strap before they went on vacation. I did not know they were going on vacation. The store indicated nothing about them being away and in their frequently asked questions bit on their ebay contact page says they will ship in one business day. Fine. It should have shipped Monday because I ordered saturday. Tuesday I decide to reach out and inquire about its status. No response. Wednesday, suddenly the seller is marked as away notification. So I asked if there's some sort of personal emergency driving this and they say they just were on vacation. So I try to go through eBay for cancellation and they say it's been too long and I'll have to resolve it with magma. Ask them for cancellation and they refuse. Demand it and they continue to refuse although they can still cancel because they haven't shipped yet. I get a refund through PayPal because the seller is crap. Utter crap. They even tried to say that I don't know how to use ebay. I've been using it for almost 20 years. I don't think they know how to be a good seller. If you know you're going on vacation and won't be shipping, put your away notice up. Anyway, when they got back they said they're sorry that they'll cancel the item and then they shipped it anyway. I returned to sender. At this point I want nothing from them and I'm never shopping with them again because they are a belligerent, crap seller. Let the buyer beware and beware of them.
